I can't recommend Pippa highly enough. She is an outstanding property manager and provides an exceptional level of service to both the owner and the tenant which is a lovely change. Pippa has managed our property as if it were her own, goes above and beyond and always available to help and provide advice. The best thing about using Personal Property Managers is you don't get a turnover of inexperienced staff, you only deal with Pippa direct which was the big selling point for us.

Phillippa Bevan is one of the best agents I’ve had. She’s thoroughly professional and efficient and is great at liaising with tenants. Activity reports are always fastidious and communications with her were excellent. Phillippa was always easy to contact and nothing was too much trouble. I left my home under Phillippa’s management when I moved from Sydney to Melbourne. Pippa worked with me to secure tenants who would enjoy the home’s charm and care for it - and who could specifically benefit from its security features and amenity for people with mobility restrictions. She managed two tenancies for the property over a period of 5 years.
I recently sold the house and the sale process involved a long project to ensure it was bought by someone on the same page as me. It was important to me that the tenants could stay as long as they wanted, which meant finding a purchaser who ‘got it’. Again, Phillippa worked with me all the way. As I prospected for a preferred buyer, she proactively engaged with the tenants, liaised with the agent who transacted the sale and engaged quickly with the purchaser as the deal closed. She’s still the property manager and I don’t think the new owner or my old tenants could be in better hands.
Phillippa isn’t a cookie-cutter property manager. Her diligence, caring approach, sharp business skills and openness to working collaboratively are all attributes that set her apart from others working in the same profession. One of the best property managers in Sydney. Pippa has been managing properties for me for over a decade now, and I dont have a bad word to say. Personable, great on communication, and proactive - definitely someone you want on your team. Highly recommended if you are looking for a property manager in the Inner West.

This is the first time I've rented my property, and I can't believe how easy Phillippa made it!
She deals with advertising, viewings, paying my bills, questions from tenants, and I get regular summaries.
Her attention to detail is excellent, and I really feel comfortable knowing that someone is taking care of my house as well as I would.

We met Phillippa from Personal Property Managers as prospective tenants. This is a daunting task for anyone, but Phillippa was instantly professional, personable and knowledgeable. She made the process extremely smooth and as painless as possible. Once we secured the property, she has been attentive and efficient, responding to any requests in a timely manner. She also has a great team of tradespeople that she works with if any issues arise. We find her a joy to work with and would definitely employ her to manage any of our properties in the future.

Phillippa was amazing and without a doubt the best agent we have ever used. She was always quick to respond to any queries, her rates were competitive, the listing was spot on and she found us a tenant on the first opening. No requests were too small or too big for her. Even on the ingoing inspection, she was with a cloth and spray, cleaning before taking the photos. Get her onboard to lease out your next property, you will not regret it.
