Maintenance Request and Emergency Repairs

Maintenance Request and Emergency Repairs

Tenants are able to log maintenance requests via the Tenant Portal, upload relevant photos and track the status. It’s quick, straight forward and more efficient than sending an email.

Please be advised any maintenance work that is organised by a tenant that is not considered an emergency may be at the tenant’s expense.
